Shipping & Retail Policy

Shipping:

All orders are processed on a daily rolling basis.  Depending on design and quantity of orders, all shipments have a 2-4 week processing time. IF for any reason there is a delay due to carrier shipping issues/material shortage, we will send email updates as soon as possible.  Once your order is fulfilled, packaged, and shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number if applicable. 

Processing time DOES NOT include shipping time.  Please allow for the allotted number of days stated below after processing time.  Due to Covid-19, shipping may be delayed and is not at the fault of Little Luxuries. Once orders leave our production space USPS is responsible for delivery. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds on shipping costs will NOT be issued due to Covid-19 related delays.  

First Class Package: 1-3 days 

Priority Mail: 1-3 days

Priority Mail Express: Overnight Shipping 

Retail:

All retail purchased from Little Luxuries is FINAL SALE & NON-REFUNDABLE.

Due to hygiene/safety and sanitation restrictions we cannot make any exceptions regarding purchases. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges as each set is custom made to order.  

***Please note, that all press-on sets are sized according to a general standard based on width/length measurements of our nail materials. When you send in your measurements and if they have a 0.1+ difference we will just size up to the closest tip.
